Bethesda is home base. From here we build and renovate pools across Montgomery County, including Chevy Chase, North Bethesda, Potomac, Cabin John, Kensington, Garrett Park, Rockville, Silver Spring, Takoma Park, Wheaton, Olney, Gaithersburg, Germantown, Clarksburg, Damascus, Darnestown and Poolesville. Most of these communities are permitted by Montgomery County DPS, but some incorporated towns and villages add their own layer: the Village of North Chevy Chase, for example, lists swimming pools and fences among the projects that need a village building permit, and residents must still check whether a county permit is required too. Lot sizes vary just as much, from compact older blocks inside the Beltway to much larger lots in Potomac and Darnestown, where any well or septic field has to be located and kept clear of the work.
